Views to local parks and other amenities are maximized by the curvilinear nature of the building. Dubai’s intense sunlight offers the chance to explore the use the screen, of one of the region’s traditional building elements. Shading, coupled with the overall building form and materials, will guide the desert light and create an environment that is beautiful, comfortable, and energy efficient.
