Conceptual master planning options fulfilling growth for 15+ years were produced for this international company of medical products. The primary focus of the design was to create unity and a sense of place, accomplished with building orientation, site circulation and positioning of green space and landscape features. The clean and organized plans also speak to this client’s image being a precision manufacturer of high quality products.

500,000 SF including research laboratories, clean room production facilities, warehousing and office space.
