Patriot Park

Patriot Park is located at the intersection of Powers Boulevard and Galley Road in El Paso County, Colorado. The property is near Peterson Air Force Base and the Colorado Springs Airport. Peterson Air Force Base is headquarters to the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), US Northern Command (NORTHCOM), Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) US Army Space & Missile Defense Command (SMDC/ARSTRAT) and the 21st Space Wing. The proposed office building is a four-story precast 130,800 GSF building. The design was inspired by the F-117 Stealth fighter.
