The new Sunset Maintenance Facility for the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of southern Nevada is a highly visible civic project in southern Las Vegas. Design emphasis has been placed on creating a functional, cohesive and attractive campus that encourages a strong visual connection to public transportation. The employee and visitor entries
have been developed along view corridors, creating unexpected and secure visual connections to the bus service yard. To further emphasize RTC’s main public front the visitor parking is also rotated to align with this view corridor. It was designed to LEED Silver.

Administration 18,000 SF,  Operations 24,000 SF,  Maintenance facility 175,000 SF,  Fuel/Fare/Wash facility 22,000 SF,  36 acre phased site masterplan, Construction cost $90,000,000
